Partner Chefs

Our guest chef program is designed to allow you to try (at home) flavors from some of the best and brightest in Vermont. We work with local Vermont chefs who share our vision for local, sustainable agriculture. We offer rotating dishes that highlight some of their specialties. Our guest chefs join our in-house chefs for a week to cook-up their favorite dish in our kitchen. 
Please visit them when you are in Vermont enjoying the lake or the mountains. 

Ian Huizenga of Bar Antidote (Vergennes, VT)

Ian Huizenga Chef/Owner of Bar Antidote in Vergennes, VT has a long history of local flavor. After opening up the Stowe Mountain Lodge and serving as a chef at the Storm Cafe on the banks of Otter Creek, Ian settled back into Vergennes to take on his own restaurant, Bar Antidote. The eclectic, seasonal fare at this New York City style speakeasy is proud to be what you might call super-local - as in, from pigs raised by the chef himself. Ian's menu is filled with produce, meat and dairy from all over Addison County and his bar is stocked with all of the local brews. Graze is honored to welcome Ian into our kitchen.
